The owners of this new build stunning home right on the beach in North Cornwall were very keen that it felt anything but a new build.

Great care was taken in the selection of the materials to incorporate aged timber beams, classical glazing design, beautiful Hazelbury limestone flooring and slightly raised plaster finish throughout.

Despite this the house offered every modern convenience with full Lutron lighting control by Barton Solutions and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

This was the first time contractors were asked to wear boots after decoration to help age the painted wooden floors in the bedrooms.

The aim for the interior was an eclectic mix of sourced antiques put together with more contemporary pieces to provide the family with a unique and comfortable holiday home.
